Self storage yard in Clydebank. The site is a redundant site next to the railway line. A change of use planning application was submitted and granted for Class 6 storage. The secure site with new fencing and security gates allow access to approximately 130 self storge containers.

A derelict building in paisley originally shops at ground floor with offices and residential above. This project sees the retail provision to the ground floor and 4 two bed dwellings above. Centralised close with two flats at each floor level.
