The clients here wished to increase the size of their existing kitchen. The works involved demolition of an existing store room and the construction of a brick extension to match that of the adjacent house.
Large Storey & Half Extension

Area – 139m.sq
The existing 2 bedroom bungalow is a Grade B Listed lodge. By nature of the building, the rooms were small and unsuitable for a growing family. The owners required more flexible accommodation, an increase in bedroom numbers and more social living space. The extension is built using thermalite blockwork and insulated render, with significant amounts of glazing.
